also be developed within training centres.
For example: The National Skills Academy for Financial
Services.
The National Skills Academy for Financial Services will initially be based in four regions, two of which will benefit from significant capital development in the first year of operation. The focus in training centres will be on making the industry attractive and accessible to potential new recruits.
